Have you tried Walden Farms??

just wanted you guys to know I have missed BarBQ sauce!! I found the Walden Farms BarBQ sauce at Kroger.

It has no calories, no carbs, no sugar. It looks almost like gravy but I tried it.

It was actually good!!!

You can look for other Walden products on their website, but they are cheaper in the actual stores.

I also tried the No cal, no sugar, no carb chocolate dip it was good too.

Walden Farms items are all pretty good.. I used them a lot in the pre surgery diet.. I have bought the BBQ sauce but not used it yet.. I also bought the no calorie mayo..

I love their salad dressings and I also loved the Alfredo sauce.. I have not had them since the surgery.. without having pasta the sauce would not be too good.. lol... and I have not had a salad yet to use the dressings..

I did not know Kroger carried it.. thanks for the info.. I have been buying a the health food store and paying through the nose..

I never even heard of that brand. lol There are no Kroger stores near me-I'll check the grocery stores though to see if they carry it. Thanks for the heads up!

H.E.B.s  Has it too.  You just have to look in the Diabetic Section.  Where the sugar free cookies are.

  They were priced about 3. 60 a bottle.   It,s not cheap. But, Think about the crazy price people pay to be Nutri System diet foods which most taste like garbage.  Walden taste pretty good.
