TOM affecting eating??

woooodoggy, I could eat a horse today!  I won't, but I am definitely not getting that "I'm satisfied" feeling like I typically do.  TOM started today.  I'm wondering if anyone else finds themselves wanting/needing more food around TOM?

By 11:30 I had reached 500 cals.  Normally I don't hit 500 cals until around 4pm!  I average around 800/day and am a little under 3 months out.

I started this week too and I totally felt the need to munch!  Its awful!!  I've been eating veggies--just lightly steamed so that they have some crunch and take me forever to chew!

Thanks, ladies! Helps to know I'm not alone.  The fact that my kiddo's school was closed and I worked from home I think is what made it so rough.  At work I'm typically too busy to care much about my eats.  Which is a negative thing but for a completely different reason.  Go figure!

Oh my gosh-yes! I have been having problems with cysts so I'm not regular anymore-but oh boy do I always get the munchies during my TOM!

I'm the old one here - lucky in that no more TOM!!  So why do I crave carbs?   LOL...

I'm old too Mary!  And I'm just 'going through the smokies' so my TOM is erratic these days.  The miserable thing for me, is that I still gain a couple pounds in water weight and get the 'so-hungry-I-could-just-die'  feeling even if it's one of those months that I skip.  It always comes at the same time though, so I know it's tied to that TOM thing.  Bummer! Can't wait to get to the other side of this!  Hang in there ladies!!  connie

Totally feel you.   For me it's definitely head hunger, cause I am no more hungry but I feel like I want to munch constantly.
