It's so sad how some insurance companies can be!

It sure is. One of the things that costs them money and time, not to mention the frustration of health providers and patients is the processes. For example, CIGNA has computer generated letters for so many things. There was a clerical error made which resulted in my getting a denial letter that wasn't accurate it was very frustrating.

In all, about 5 hours of time was wasted over a week, not to mention the emotional toll.

I'd like to invite you to follow me on my blog. I will be putting up a lot of useful information about obesity, I've already started doing that.I started the blog about two weeks I'd love to see you on there.

Check to see if your company has a 'death' insurance taken out on you. This policy pays your company from your death. Sometimes the death insurance company is the same as your medical insurance company.  In which case it may be cheaper for you to die and payout the death insurance rather than allowing the WLS and having to pay for another 7-10 years of medical bills.

That is just amazing! I never knew such a thing existed. Thanks for letting me know. I have a blog going about my weight loss journey if you want to check it out. I'll do some research and see what I can find out about death insurance and post it there. Here is the address:

Would love to have your  input.
