Beck's Diet Solution

I started a thread about the Beck's Diet Solution on the Hunger and Food Troubles Forum (it is also under Weight Loss Related Forums) .  There is separately a Beck's Diet Solution Group.  I explain in my statement today why I think it can work as a thread on that forum. 

I still have a BMI over 50 but I started out with a BMI in the mid 80s.

Thanks for pointing this out. I'll go read it. I have that book, but never quite got "into" it. I think there are answers there but I haven't applied them to my situation yet.
