Awh!  Thanx guys  :)

I am actually UP .5 lb today (201) but am not freaking out.  these things happpen.  I am gonna try again tomorrow morning and see how it goes.  I think I may be starting to PMS-up (I gain & lose about 11 lbs water weight every month)  Almost there.

I am not doing anything too particular.  I am eating less, not calorie counting, just making way better choices and avoiding carbs still...I eat 3 meals/2snacks a day.  THAT'S IT!   NO GRAZING!!!!!  (I tried that crap for a while and I stopped losing)  I walk 30 to 45 min a day and that's it.  I am much more active in general though.  Just say to day stuff.  I am gonna start running soon (REALLY cold here still) to up my fat-burn.   Yaya! Me RUNNING?  OMG.  I'll go at night with a dog so no one laughs at my swinging skin.  Lol.

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

Welcome back..Yes I remember you.. You were one of the first people to really encourage me when things were going so wrong trying to get my surgery.. I really appreciated that..

I am so so happy for you... WOW  almost in onderland (so close) almost 300 lbs gone.. that is so amazing.. You are doing so great..

Hey girl, weighing that many times a day is adding stress and stress can add lbs.. so try to calm down and just let it happen.. you know it will.. its like trying to watch for water to boil..

I cant wait to get to onderland.. I have 16 lbs to go ... I have 13 lbs to go to get to the century mark..   but I have a long way to go yet. still over 90 lbs to loose.. you are truly an inspiration to me...

Thank you for sharing  with us and make sure you let us know when you reach Onderland so we can celebrate with you... next stop 300lbs...then another celebration.. hey I just love to celebrate.. bring it on..

You go girl...
huggs.......
