A quick hello

Hi. I've been mostly posting on the Ontario forum, but this looks like a friendly & supportive place too, so I thought I'd introduce myself.

I started at BMI 63 or 61 (lol - depending on who measured my height), and I've dropped somewhere between 15 & 20 pounds on the optifast so far. RNY surgery next Tuesday; I have a lot of confidence in my surgeon and in the program. Trying hard to keep up the confidence in myself as well, and fortunately I have a lot of great support around me.

Still - jangly nerves are to be expected, I guess! Great to see all the success reported here, and so much understanding about the long road.

I know you are excited yet nervous about the surgery.. we all go throught that.. it is normal..
You will do just fine and will find all the support you could get on a board right here.. there are a great bunch of gals on here and are very supportive and have lots of info to share..
