Ok Ladies, I was not on my job this weekend. These papers are kicking my butt. I got to sweat hard today to make up for my lacking. Luckily, i have a light load in just another week.

my mom and i decided that in home exercise is not going to work for me, my wls program offers classes with the first ones free, so i signed up, i een bought 2 swim suits for the aqua classes, i'm nervous and excited, i begin this thurs, wish me luck.

so far today.... 55 mins elliptical
  20 mins treadmill...incline 8...speed 3.3
I am heading to my clinical rotation now and hope to get out early, as I really would like to hit up the gym for another 45 mins today!!  I hope that everyone has a great day!!!

And girly...get moving and kicking butt!!!  Sweat it out today!!  Good luck on the papers : )

Girl, i was supposed to email you a while ago. I'm in school for my HR degree and i graduate next month. So these classes are really putting challenges on my schedule. Your going for your RN? I have a Heathcare contract service where i place healthcare workers in hospital and/or medical facilities. Glad to see you again. I'll be more consistent soon. This week will be kinda rough for sure. I have 3 papers and one of them is 14-16 pages long.
