Where did the weekend go?

This is what I get for bragging about my triple whammy last week:

Starting Weight: 388
Last Week: 259 (but I got down to 257 one day last week)
Today: 263

Scales are evvviiiiiilllll! But mebbe it's coz that TOM is approaching. It has to be water retention because no one can gain 5 pounds in a 48 hour period eating what I ate Friday and Saturday.

Everyone have a great week.

And remember: God/kharma/great spaghetti monster/fate thinks it funny to punish those that boast too much!

Nov 09 (surgery): 344
Last week: 305
This week: 301 (though tomorrow is my official WI)

So blasted close to the 2 - - 's!  Hoping like heck I see it this week, though I'm coming off of a week with a good loss, so you just never know.

Patti, it'd definitely water weight!  I think the scale needs a time out in the corner though for being naughty!  LOL

Time out is appropriate.

I never really understood the power of "time out" until I was a Mom. If I even mention time out, Kiddle quits doing whatever it is that's bad and straightens out immediately.

Not only do I have timeouts for my 10 yr old daughter, I also give myself timeouts when my head is ready to blow out of parenting frustration!  :)

Patti - you crack me up!

Michelle - looks like it's a race to the 200's for me and you!  Good luck!  :)

I have to have another surgery on Wednesday.  The pain I was having in my stomach is still there - no other symptoms though.  The Dr. thinks it is a hernia but is doing a diagnostic laproscopy (I think that is what he called it) to see "what's going on in there".  It is outpatient but still makes me nervous.  I do not do well with pain...

I will probably gain a bunch of water weight because they fill you up with IV fluids...but oh well, I will be happy to get rid of this pain and get back to excercising.

Hope everyone has a great week.

I hope the surgery goes well and it's an easy fix.

It's good he can do it lap.

Keep us posted!

I either didn't weigh last Monday or since the number wasn't below the last time I recorded it on my health tracker I didn't write it down anywhere so the numbers I give will be from the week  before and a few days after.

Highest weight - 325+
Surgery day - 302.3
Monday 1/18 - 264.6
Friday 1/29 - 263.6
Today - 263.8

I'm hoping the weight gain is from my TOM but to be honest I haven't exactly been on track. I'm doing my best to get back to it and have actually been writing down my food, protein and liquid intake the last few days which is HUGE because I took a month off of doing that.

I'm going over the 600-800 cal recommendation of my surgeon but I'm still in a love affair with carbs and I'm trying to kick the pesky delicious things to the curb.

My work out buddy is very motiviated, thank God, because if I didn't have her I would be lounging my a$$ on the couch in the mornings. Planning on doing the gym or walking 5 days this week

Hope everyone has a great week in which we all drop oodles of weight!

So here are my stats for the past week.. Sorry I am so late to the party..  had to go wirh daughter to take her baby to the doc and we were gone all day... had to trek to end of diveway to her car.. I have 8 inches of snow still in my driveway with drifts..so I'm snowed in..

Starting weight 303
surgery weight 236
last week 219
this week 219 ( saw 217 during the week)

Sorry to see your gain Patti but as you can see I was headed down and then all of a sudden back up again.. aaaarrrrggggg...    so you are not alone.. makes me crazy to eat so little and work so hard only to see an increase on the scale.. ...wish I knew when my TOM was but I take Depo Provera injections and do not get it ..but I bet I still get the water weight gains..

Have a great week everyone.. and Patti maybe next week will show a big loss for you.. Fingers crossed.....

huggs  to all........
