This morning I was showering..and I looked down at my forearm and almost said out loud.."is that my arm?".  There was a bone and definition to it, it didnt look like someone had stucka hand onto an arm (i.e. no fat rolls at the wrists)
Ever happen to any of you?

  Yeah, I've experienced that.

Pieces and parts of me are becoming normal size. I keep getting these little peeks at the body beneath my baggy skin. It's neat, huh?

However, I had an experience in the shower after an all nighter with my mom in the ER where I felt like I was a skinny person with all these sandbags filled with fat hanging all over me. I felt like I was in a Kurt Vonnegut story (I think he has one where they have the ballerinas weighed down with sandbags.)

I didn't say anything to anyone but my husband because people would think I'm . (But you guys already know I'm nuts, so it's okay.)

Wow!  That is so cool.  I still recognize all my body parts, so far, but find it fun to have my clothes get too baggy.  I finally broke down and bought new bras.  Now that was overdue - and the girls are sitting much prettier!  LOL

I'm down 120 pounds - thanks to RNY!  Working on the next 25.  Then I'll tackle more...

OMG, yes! i remember that happening to me many times! once, i turned my head sharply to the side and whacked my jaw on a collar bone that apparently used to be padded!

i've also caught my reflection in store windows and been stunned that i was looking at myself.

i found these types of things to be both delightful, and very motivating!

all the best to you!

I totally just had this same WOW! I was at a conference in a hotel alone and while setting my alarm- I looked down at my arm and went "WOW is it that small!" out loud to myself!   Crazy wonderful stuff!!!

A guy sat next to me on the bus this morning.. and our hips didn't touch.  He didn't flinch and try to look for another seat with more room either... felt kinda surreal.. but I actually relaxed and stopped holding my breath.. and we still didn't touch!  Love & Hugs,
