Wow, today will be challenging with my schedule. I have to post later to make not of what i did. I want to try to do some shopping today also. I'm almost done with these school classes which is great cause there wearing me out. Chat with all later. But i sure need some major pooring sweat cardio today so let's see if i can make that happen.

I did my 40 mins on the bike again.

My goal for the weekend is to get my Go Wear Fit working.

I walked 1.53 miles outdoors and did 3 sets(10) squats. I'm holding off on doing the lunges again until my foot's better.

Oh you guys are wearing me out just reading about what you do. I vow to do 30 min on the recumbent bike and I HOPE to find my chair yoga video and see if I like it. I loved my chair yoga class.

I'm at work today and just walked down the hall to the bathroom; the VERY COOL thing was that my big ole belly felt really EMPTY and a little FLAT and I SO enjoyed that feeling.
 Food is for sissies. REAL women exist on skim milk, protein powder, broth and air.....

I also looked up to see what a recumbent bike is....pretty cool!
