I am a week post-op and I am kind of excited that I am below 350 today, for the first time in about 5 years I would guess. Less than 10 pounds to go and I will have lost 100 from my high. It's pretty exciting, even if I could still stand to lose 200 or more if I was aiming for insurance weight. I hope it continues working.

Oh, and I started exercising again today. We had company and I had a hard time getting myself to do it, but I started again and I feel good about that. Oh, and I am getting all my protein in today (only the second time on that, so it is a feel good thing too).

This is VERY exciting. Congrats on continuing the plan in spite of distractions. I'm starting to feel better and a tad more energetic since I've been biking (in my family room) for several weeks now.

Let's sail on down and get into the 200's soon!!! I haven't seen that in many many years.

Wow!  Isn't that great?  I'm down in the 320s for the first time in many years, too.  I have lost 100 from my highest weight.  It is wonderful.

Good for you for doing what you need to do to lose it and motivating yourself to move when you didn't really want to!

Congratulations!!!!  That is awesome!!!!  Keep up the amazing work and the great attitude... you will be successful!  And, I'm impressed that you're getting in your protein!  I had my surgery 2 days before you, and I have yet to get in all of my protein in a day... it's been a struggle.  I think we need to remind ourselves each day that this has to be done 1 day at a time... then it's not so overwhelming.  Have a wonderful day!

I am excited for you.. only 10 to go to reach 100lbs loss.. that is a great mile stone and your almost there.. yippee.

I am proud of you for getting back into the exercise routine.. when we get distracted it is hard to keep up with it and then it is hard to start back.. I give you a big Kudos for starting again..

Keep up the good work with the protein.. it is very important to get that in..

Keep this up and you will soon be looking at the insurance weight as do-able..

huggs..

I think my doctor has lower than average protein requirements -- suggesting 60-70g for this stage of post-op . . . makes getting to the level a little easier, but in my mind I am thinking that maybe it should be a little higher.

My problem is the sheduling of it all!
