OOOOpppppppssss, I was so swamped yesterday i forgot to post. Wednesday i'll be moving my butt for sure. I can't wait for the weather to change here in Atlanta so i can walk outside. I'll do cardio maybe a light day of 2-3 miles but something is always better than nothing.

I did a round of weight training yesterday and today my muscles are SORE... to top it off I woke up dizzy, so even though I came into work and used the gym's showers... no workout for me....

Taking my first spin class tonight!! I am pretty nervous but I am going to do it...before WLS maybe 5 years ago a friend and I attemted to take one...needless to say 3 mins into the class we both pushed our bikes back against the wall and dipped!!!  Funny because me and the same friend are attempting the class tonight! Wish me luck! =D

Thanks so much for keeping this post going.. it has made me want to keep up with the exercise.. and today I just measured and I have lost over 50 inches total now.. 17.5 just off the waist..  I know the exercise is making the difference in the inches..

Did 45 minutes of Wii fit last night to bur 235 lbs.. walked on treadmill 2x for 10minutes at 2.5mph and did laundry and cleaned bathroom.. fed and watered all outside animals. and now starting over today..

Wish I could do squats and lunges and such but my knees and back just wont let it happen.. so I am doing all I can for now.. thanks for providing the link though.. I put it in my favorites so I can find it later...

Tuesday I walked 1.58 miles and did 25 minutes of 1on1 training w/Jackie upper.

Today I limped 1.53 miles outdoors and did 3 sets(10) squats and 2 sets (10) lunges when I got home. I somehow hurt the top of my foot yesterday and its hard to walk on it.
To treat myself for exercising with a hurt foot, I bought myself some Victoria's Secrets coconut passion body butter and body spray. I also got my eyebrows done at a new place that uses cotton thread to shape them.

Way to go, sounds great. And still determined on a bad foot. I love victoria's secret everything. That was a nice gift to yourself.
