My weekend was great girls. Saturday was awesome, i did the step class DVD but also the Billy Blanks Boot camp. OMG, my thighs and calfs hurt SOOOOOO bad so i had to rest on Sunday.

Today, i'm tackling Billy again and tonight do my cardio, hopefully i can catch up with Erica at the gym. I'm so amped today . Have a good one folks.

I did 30 mins on the recumbent bike and just for grins and chuckles I cranked up the resistance a notch or two... my thighs didn't appreciate my sense of humor... LOL

I will go to the gym after work and do the recumbant bike for 15 minutes.  I will..... really, I even brought my clothes to change into before I leave work.   Hopefully, I will get there with plenty of time to do some back and arm machines as well.

I walked 1.93 miles today. That's a little over a 3k My goal is get up to walking 3 miles(5k) 5 days a week.

You can do it hun. That's awesome. I want to jog a 3k without stopping. I still have a ways for that lol.

1 hr elliptical on resistance of 10..speed hovering around 6.3
