I'm fueled with energy today ladies. Despite my 3 papers i have to do i am determined to keep pushing. I'm doing my step video 40 minutes but i'm hoping i can make the gym to put in my elliptical time.

Oh by the way, the scale is moving again, I'm out of my stall thanks goodness.
 
Even though i was in a stall i thought i wasn't losing well in fact i was losing inches. I feel great and hitting it really hard today.

Shay , Im going to get you ! That video with the squats and lunges really hurt after a couple of days.(LOL) Maybe i need it to hurt :) Really , it was good and easy to do , but you don't feel the effects til the next day.

Im trying to keep on schedule and work out every other day, it's working Girl. I just need to stay motivated. Happy to hear the stall is over , i hate when i stall .

I did 45 minutes of step on the Wii this morning.. and now I am off to Church , my hubby has a vollyball game..(wish I could play , but not yet. maybe never with my back) then I am off grocery shopping.. lots of walking this afternoon.. I am going to try to get a pedometer to wear when I do these chores and see just how many steps I am taking..
I plan on getting on Will again tonight and try a new dance game called Just Dance.. I have had it a few days but always get on the Wii fit to weigh in and meet my quota for calories burned for the day them I am too tired to dance.. lol... but today I did Wii early so maybe tonight I can dance..
hubby is home finally after two weeks on the road.. so he will probably laugh at me trying to dance.. I swear I hate two left feet.. lol  but I am going to give it a try.. I bet it will be fun..

so once again I am so happy to be moving moving moving.. trying to get the scale to do that too...I am at 17lbs lost since surgery and will be 9 weeks out Monday.. slow but sure.. like a turtle..

i did a walk away the pounds video, the 1 mile walk, it was hard, probably cuz i am and have been so lazy but it's a start, i hope to keep it up.  Tonite, i will do some leg lifts, i really like doing those, i will do like 100 per leg.

 1 hr zumba class
15 mins treadmill.. but I feel like a slacker today...for me I didn't do the usual two hours cardio that I do.. Im really thinking about going to the gym now...will post later if I get my butt up and go : )

I feel the same way. I just can't make the gym for cardio cause i have all these papers to do. So i did the step dvd and  Billy's Boot Camp but for some reason my body is saying more cardio is needed. Ok, i think my break is up, back to books.

what are you going to school for?  I am also in school and i find it very difficult to balance family life w the kids, school and gym time...very tough!  and last semester I kinda slacked with the gym part, so im really trying on working at it.  It seems as if we had surgery around the same time.. I had RNY 5/26/09.. when did you have surgery?
I did head back to the gym tonite, thank god : )  I did 45 mins on elliptical.. 8 resistance.. so I did meet my total of 2 hrs cardio today!!  YEAHHH go me!  lol
