Feet hurting...help!?
Is anyone else having foot pain? Mine stems from weight loss. I can't believe that I'm saying my feet are too bony, but there it is. I've lost 1-2 sizes in them in the last 6 months. The balls of my feet, particularly under my little toes hurt. I'm more active now, and exercising (treadmill/cardio video), but they'll hurt when I've been off of them for a bit too. I can feel every bone.
I don't want to slow down my activity, but I also want to be as pain free as possible (who doesn't?) What shoes (sneakers) or inserts do you recommend?

I'm only a month out. My feet hurt after I returned to work. I'd been walking 1 mile each day while I was on my leave. I worked my 3 days at work and feet hurt alot. I bought a new pair of New Balance cross trainers and wore them t work. My feet didn't hurt.

I bought my New Balance 622 at Academy. Amazon carries the cross trainer I bought. I bought the blue/white one.
