6 months post-op ... with pics!
I rarely post here much anymore, because I faithful to the DS board, but I thought I'd copy & paste my 6 month update here too! :)
Sometimes I look in the mirror and honestly do not recognize the person looking back at me! I've always been beautiful and confident, but now it's like it oozes outta me! Hahah. My husband is constantly asking, "Were you just checking yourself out in the mirror?" And, the answer is usually, "YES! I WAS!" I finally feel like my body is moving closer to matching my outgoing personality, and I am so excited about the changes that I'm facing everyday!

Danielle - I too am always on the DS board but I used to come over to the over 50 BMI board in the beginning of my journey. I started with a BMI of almost 62 and I am just a couple points away from being normal BMI. Enough about me... I have been watching your progress and you are doing so well... the DS is a god send and it looks like you are really working your tool. Congrats on your weight loss - you are going to be amazed in 6 more months when you look back at your 6 months pics (I know I am). Keep up the great work.
