Beautiful day here in Georgia so i got out before the rain hits. I did 4.3 miles and whole bunch of running around. I'm going to try Zumba in the morning, boy i can't wait.

my exercise for the day: 
 
35 mins elliptical...resistance 20
25 mins treadmill...incline 5...speed 3.3
1 hr zumba class

If I happen to stay after zumba and do more I will def. let ya'll know : )  As Im not really having a good day...need something to give!!

I got out in the afternoon walked 1.54 miles.
