GOOD DAY PEOPLE! Yesterday was a blessing and looking forward to today. I have so missed my workout buddy (Erica). I'm going to workout early tomorrow before hubby goes to work. Today, because i been off schedule it was hard to do that 4 miles. I also think i'm not drinking enough water. This is what happens when you let life interfere with your progression. I also need to get on track with my vitamins. What has been going on with me girls? I so need your support?

Ok, Candi, you're right. I have been looking in for the past couple of weeks, but didnt think I shoud say anything cause my BMI is not 50+  But I just want to say, I have been really motivated to workout.  I started on the WII Fit a few weeks ago and just yesterday, I jogged two miles in 10 mins  NON STOP.  I'm averaging about 30 mins a day on WII.

Keep up the motivation!

Thanks Michelle for sharing. This is what this post is about. Just keeping each other motivated. We all were unhealthy at one point, that's why we love this site lol. Wait.. Wait... did you say 2 miles in 10 mins, OMG that is awesome. I heard the WII fit had a wieght limit that i don't just yet meet but i heard it was fun. I'm still stuck on 2 miles in 10 minutes, NON STOP.
You go girl .

Yes, 2.08 miles to be exact.  I didn't know the FIT had a weight limit.  I've  never seen that on he box or on the screen.  It does weigh you and keep track of it and your BMI.  Buy one, it's fun and you can get the whole family involved and moving.  We have bowling nights and it's so much fun.

I've forgotten to post the past few days, and now this is the last day I'll be able to post for a while.  I'm having surgery on my foot tomorrow to remove some bone spurs from my big toe, and I'll have to take about 2 weeks off from working out.  The idea of taking time off from exercise makes me really sad, although if you had told me a year and a hal*****hat I'd feel this way, I never would have believed you!

Today's exercise will be one hour of Zumba, followed by about two hours of running around like a crazy woman getting ready for my surgery and recovery, making sure I have everything I need in the house for when I can't drive.

Have a great day, everyone! Let's all get out there and MOVE IT!

I hope you have a speedy recovery from surgery. Lesley, you have really inspired me to know that you've lost over 170 lbs. I get discouraged and i'm only 6 months out and now facing a long stall. Sometimes i feel like i'm not going to lose another pound and it's people like you that makes me know that success is achievable. We will miss you from this post but i'm hoping you will be back soon. Many blessings.

Thank you, what a nice compliment!  I've actually lost over 180 now -- I need to update that ticker!

The stalls will come, and yes, they can be so disheartening, but keep on keepin' on and the weight WILL come off!  I believe that consistancy is the key, so I stay with my nutritional guidelines and strive to get 60 minutes of cardio every day. You can do it!!!
