I took this yesterday after my morning run. I started this journey at a BMI of 52. Now my BMI is 24.1, and I'm feeling great! We can all get there as long as we hang together and remember that food is fuel, we are in control, and we are AWESOME!! :) TTYL.

I can not see the pic here, but I did go to your profile to check it out.  you look wonderful and continue to be an inspiration to me, I hope I can get my head screwed on as well as you have been able to.  Also after reading your last blog post I understand why you have not been around lately, but I am glad to see you are still checking in.  I for one am grateful there are a few people like you around.

I am jealous of your gorgeous biceps!  Mine are looking a little gelatinous these days.  Congrats on reaching your goal weight.  This is the first post of yours I have seen since you got to your goal.  Read your latest blog entries, and all I can say is keep on telling it like it is!!!  Too much exercise and vigilance about weight and food ?  As far as us BMI over 50'ers, there is no such thing I say.  If we don't want to go back, we must push forward forever!

Wow, very nice! You look great and seem to have warded off batwing syndrome--perhaps through your vigorous activity! I too have read your postings for inspiration and good humor, and appreciate your continuing to post! It's true, stickin together and practicing the basics (portions, healthful food choices, vitamins, liquids and activity) will make us successful and stay that way. Way to gO!~
