Sorry girls how did i miss Thursday lol. Crazy day.... welllllllll...... holding myself accountable and i have not been happy with myself. I missed two days of moving my butt so Friday will be an intense day of cardio. And what's been going on with my eatting? I'm hungry more and eatting things i shouldn't, where in the world did this come from. Maybe it's all the stress of trying to do too many things and one time. I don't know but i have to correct this behavior fast. Have an awesme day people. My friday will be.... Hey i gotta idea.... my challenge in 20 miles by Monday. Let's see what i can do.

My day is almost exactly the same as the others.. up and doing the laundry and feeding the animals and moving.. only today I watched my grandbaby for a couple of hours while my daughter helped set up a pen for the babies to go into during the day.. He will be 1 on the 8th.. he is a handfull.. I have to stay right after him.. but oh so much fun doing it..

I waked 10 minutes 2x today on the treadmill and I did the Wii fit plus tonight for 45 minutes.  I rode the bike and was chased by that awful little dog and I did the steps. I love them.. I tried the advanced steps and got so confused and off step that I was actually laughing out loud.. I tried the hula hoop.lol... man that was not easy and I am not sure with my back if I need to be doing that.. I love the bike rides too.. I do the balance games every time.. I was out of breath when I got done but I had so much fun the 45 minutes went by so fast..

I am not in your catagory of exercise but I am moving.. I just wish the scale was...

It's Friday so it was another Zumba day for me!  Took an early lunch hour to go to a morning class at my gym. Burned 843 calories in today's class, woo hoo!!!
