Ok lets see.. I was up late last night so I slept in this morning.. up at 8am.. first thing I did was let out the dog and start making the gallon of milk I need to feed the baby goats.. then I let in the dog and fed her and then fed the goats..I got on the treadmill and walked at 2.5mph for 10 minutes.. then I started the laundry machine for the towels and bedding the goats are using.. washed one load and folded .. then I finally had breakfast.. (greek Yogurt) then I took the baby goats outside and cleaned the bathroom and the bathtub.. have to clean with bleach.. washed the floor in the bathroom too.. added more laundry to the washer.. then I went to the kitchen and while the second load washed I placed all my cook books back on the shelves and got them all organized.. ( I pulled them yesterday to sort out the ones I dont need anymore).. then I unloaded the dishwasher and reloaded it with dishes from last night and this morning and the goats pitcher and bottles.. then I got the laundry finished and folded and a new bed made for the goats for when I bring them inside.. I then walked out to the animals outside.. about 200yards to them and carried them two buckets of food..ran the hose to the trough and filled it with water.. shoveled out the poop from the barn and then returned to the feed shed and got the food for the outside dog.. 100yards in the other direction.. filled her feeder with a bucket of food and then carried a bucket of fresh water to her heated water bucket. then I came inside and it was time for lunch.. made shrimp and garlic and ate.. now I am checking emails and such and then off to the treadmill for another 10 minute walk. I plan on cleaning off my sewing table and moving the spare desk from the office to the sewing area and then moving the crib to where the spare desk was.. by that time it will be dinner and then after that I will walk again on treadmill.. maybe by 6:30 I willbe done and can relax awhile before taking my bath and settling in for the night with a good book.. whew .. this is a typical day for me.. oh yes I like to do the wii at night before my bath.. almost forgot the wii.
I am keeping moving.. not all cardio but I am moving none the less..

In Order To Change...a Caterpillar must have the faith of a Butterfly
It all counts, Theresa!!! I am exhausted just reading your post! I'd love to see a picture of your baby goats! My daughter was in a 4-H dog group when she was younger, so we spent alot of time at the fairgrounds. My favorite animals were the pygmy goats. Unfortunately, I live in the suburbs, and "barnyard" animals are prohibited where I live. Otherwise, I'd get me some pygmy goats. (although my husband would probably divorce me). I'll have to be happy with my dog.
Speaking of dogs, my corgi/beagle Max is my most enthusiastic exercise companion. We walked for a little over an hour. It was a perfect day here-blue sky, no rain, about 50 degrees. I did 10 minutes of weights, lunges, squats, a little ab work, and a little stretching. I guess running 8 baskets of clean laundry upstairs counts, also. I used to kill my knees and hips going up and down the stairs, and I would be gasping for air after one trip. Housework, and just daily life is so much easier now!

Taking a break for dinner now.. checking emails again.. I am glad I got your post.. I am glad it all counts because all I seem to do is run.. goats got out an hour ago and I had to go wrangle them up and get them back in the field.. babies are back inside in a nice clean bed.. that is until they eat tonight, then I have to change it again..
I put pictures of the kid goats in my photos.. go and look.. they are so cute.. I would have put them here but I am not sure how to put pictures in a post..
I decided to do all my laundry today and I have done about 6 loads so far.. I ma beginning to hate laundry.. my water bill was over $50 this month.. well that includes watering animals too..
