Hey girls, I've been crazy busy with papers for school but i did manage to walk for 2 miles yesterday. Today, i will hopefully get tothe gym early and do 4 miles. At this point i think i'm going to get a trainer for a month and see what kind of results i can see. Have a great day!

Hey Ladies..I have taken on a crazy schedule....Here goes:

Monday-Zumba/Bellydancing Class=1hr
Tuesday-Aerobics/Trainer/Px90=1.5 hr
Wednesday-Curves=1hr
Thursday-Aerobics/Trainer/Px90=1.5hr; Zumba/Bellydancing=1hr
Friday-Curves=1hr
Saturday-Curves=1hr
Sunday=====Rest

So far this is my 2nd week....Last week was a success...Im loving this new found energy..The key is to stay ACTIVE.....Every lil' bit counts....

Today is Tuesday so it's another Zumba day! Love my Zumba!!!

I'm feeling a little sad because next Wednesday I have to have surgery on my foot, and that will mean 10 days of no exercise at all.  I'm used to get 60 minutes of cardio every day and I worry that I'll somehow gain all my weight back in 10 days of no exercise. Not rational at all, I know, but I worry.  It'll also mean about three weeks without my beloved Zumba, which makes me very sad indeed.

No workout for me today.  I'm too tired.  However, I will be on it tomorrow!!!
