Ok guys, i'm not sure what i'm doing today really. I'm operating off of 2 hours of sleep cause my little girl refused to sleep so i will post my challenge later today.

As far as this weekend, i didn't do any workout's as planned on saturday. I've been doing papers all weekend for class and felt the crunch this weekend and i'm still not done.

So glad to see this thread here!  I have been so bad about checking in with the BMI > 50 board because it got so quiet for a while so I'm glad to see some life here!

Exercise today will be one hour of Body Pump, followed by one hour of Zumba. I can't wait!

I'm taking a late lunch to swim today. I swam 2x last week and am trying for 4x this week.

I finally got my SwiMp3 player to work pretty well. Now I need to come up with a better playlist. I wore myself out on Saturday.

honestly, getting motivated to exercise is a real problem for me.  I know i need to change this as it is essential to my weight loss success.  I have called my mother and asked her to meet me at my home so she can make sure i do my exercises no matter how long or short, i need to begin doing something.
