Hello everyone!
Another stall this week! :( I have been thinking back on what I could have done to help cause the stall and have decided it was too much salty foods, not enough water, and had a hard time getting my protein in.
On a good note, I went to check out a gym today to join. It is on the way to work after right after I drop my daughter off at daycare so I will have no excuses. The price is a little high but I figure paying for excercise might motivate me a little more. So far, I have not had much success in this area.

Last Week - 316.4
Today's Weight - 316.6
Wednesday will be my 2 month surgiversary. I am hoping to be at 40 lbs total lost by then so I am really going to work on my issues from the past week.
