Hello everyone, I hope this new year has found you all well!

I know it has been far too long sense I last posted. In a way with the recent holidays and all I feel like I may have fallen off the wagon a little bit. I didn't loose as much weight this last month, but I havent gained it either.

I have offically lost 120 lbs sence the middle of this past July, and that makes me feel awesome!

I have also reached a BMI o**** I think that is awesome as well considering when I started my wls jouney in July it was at 67. somethig.

I am now sucking down a gross morning protien shake and prepareing to take a shower, I start arobics class this afternoon. I feel that by taking this as a class in which I am reciving a grade that it will help me be more consistant in working out. I have this class three times a week for an hour. I am planning on taking the class 5 days a week next term in hopes of getting down to the low 200's by June for my college graduation. I just need to take it one day at a time and keep thinking I can do this because I know I can!

Oh and I had a little wow moment the other day, I have gone from a size 42 strechy pants to a size 24 non-strechy jeans!

Well sorry for the long post, and I hope the best for all of you! May your day, and year be blessed!

Wish me luck! (arobics just may kill me)
Melissa

Taking a fitness class for credit is a great idea!!

(Sometimes, I think one of the reasons I went to college out of state was because California required physical fitness classes at the state schools. I hated PE so much in high school!)

Good luck with the class.

Yay... you got below 50 BMI  now you are no longer supre morbidly obese.. you lost the super.. whoo hoo..

120lbs gone and down to a size 24 jeans.. that is so great.. I am so happy for you.. I like the class idea.. I try to stay motivated to exercise but the winter months make it so hard..

I don't think the aerobics will kill you.. not exercising and staying obese WILL..
You are def on the right track.. keep it up..

Good Luch with those classes and do what you can.. go girl go..

Thank you everyone for your advice, well wishes and everything else. I am glad to report that I made it though the intire class with out issue...well other than not having a clue what I was doing and, oh yeah being the most uncorranted person on earth. It was really neat, of all the students I was not only the largest, but I was the only beginner who stayed for the class. (its a begginner, Inter, and advanced class all in one and all the other begginers choose not to stay). Oh well, Anyway it was really fun and I enjoyed it quite a bit, well off to math class now
have a good day everyone!
