Well here are my stats, I am really hating this snails pace but at least it is going down not up.. as my back improves and the exercise increases maybe the loss will speed up..

Patti, so happy to hear your mom is out of ICU! Work will work itself out! (I am a procrastinator, too !) I am taking a national certification exam in a month and I just started studying for it. I need to get my hiney in gear quickly. If I pass, I get a raise. Money is usually a pretty powerful motivator for me, but I have honestly been really busy.
My weight is unchanged this week........again! The positive thing is I didn't gain over the holidays, but I haven't lost much at all in the last month. I wanted to get to about 140, but I am not sure if that's realistic for me. So now I am aiming for 160. I just don't know quite how to make that happen. I exercise enough to make me feel good, just not willing to kill myself for hours every day or starve myself to lose a few more pounds. Maybe someone else farther out can tell how they set a final goal and got there.
