Trigger foods: Uggghh, CARBS!! Potatoes and Pasta! Lately, I've been on a sunflower seed binge!! I hate it!! The holidays have been rough for me because I'm testing my tool!! And I hate myself for that! I want to go back to work so that I can force myself back on track!!

I had my surgery a day after you, was 340 then too- AND we've lost about the same amount of weight (well you've got me by 2lbs!!) freaky right?!?

This is awesome for those of us tha started with BMI's of 50+. I'm glad to meet everyone and looking to post so that we can have more activitiy on this forum. We all understand the difficulties that we all face starting at this BMI and the challenges ahead that many can't relate totally to.

I'm 6mo out  and have lost 103lbs. I walk daily with a goal of 4-5 miles and recently have reached up to 6 miles .  I'm glad to meet so many people that have more than 150 to lose, you are my true inspirations of dedication and persistence.
