Today was amazing!!! I did things that make me want to...

I don't know if I want to cry, scream, or just I don't know.  I have been on a mission to do more with my daughter(she is 7) since surgery and in the past few weeks she is really loving it.  She just out of the blue tells me how much she loves our new life, spending more time with me, and just hanging out doing new things.  Well today I took her into a very huge wonderful indoor waterpark, I didn't know what to expect.  Well everyone I had the time of my life!!!! I went down a few slides, which made my daughter look at me like a whole new person.  We went swimming, took laps around the lazy river, etc...  I am so happy even at my current weight I feel like doing these things are unrealistic but I just go with it and so far I have found LIFE IS GREAT!!!! I really cannot imagine how life will be as I continue in my journey, I just wanted to share this with my new found friends.  Oh and we sat in a booth, and I had room and didn't freak out and feel like everyone was looking at me.  Even in my "sexy" bathing suit with all my extra pale saggy skin:)

How wonderful to be able to do things with your daughter that you could not do before or even would have tried to do before.. enjoy your new life and know that there are many more days like that to come..   Enjoy your daughter while she still wants to do things with you.. it goes away in the teens.. friends take over and mom and dad are not people to go places with anymore.. then they grow up and leave home and many people regret the time they didnt spend with them when they could.. I applaude you for doing things with her she likes to do... and see it was fun for you too.. many parents want to take the kids along doing what they want to do like shopping or hunting or fishing or hiking or other adult things.. kids want to be kids and we can join in if we will and have loads of fun.. I am so proud for you that you can join in with her now..

I am also proud that the booths no longer have a hold on you... no fear of will you fit.. no fear of will they look at me and laugh because I am squeezed in here like a sardine.. Congrats on that too...
