13 months ...Now in Onderland!

WTG Brandy!!!!!  I remember meeting you at one of the support group meetings before I had surgery and I remember thinking "if she can do it , why can't I?"  So, here I am having a few complications post-op this week and you go and post this which...and this posting reminds me that I can do this too!!!  Congrats on all of your hard work and determination and your goal is just around the corner...KEEP REACHING FOR IT!!!!!

If there is anything I can do for you let me know.  Yes you can do this.  Often times we worry that we will be the one person the surgery will not work for.  It will work, then you have to keep it there!   Don't let anything get you down.  You have taken a huge brave step to improving your life!

Brandy you look amazing inspiration to all of us. Wow 150 lbs in 13 months. That is amazing. I am at 199.2 and hope to be down to 197.5 by xmas or by new year's eve so that would make 20 lb weight loss for me since Jan 2009. I get frustrated with the scale alot and getting alot of swelling in my hands, ankles and feet. Even though I take 40 mg of furosemide in the morning. When I wake up I have the swelling. I had my surgery on July 28, 2009. So I did lose 50 lbs pre surgery. I work at it every day and try to get 1 to 2 hours of exercise in a day. Sometimes I will get in 3 hours when I have alot of time or energy. I enjoy your videos thanks for sharing with us.
