I went to my doctors for a follow up with the physical therapest yesterday. She said I have done very well, I am down 116 lbs over all, and 80 inches though out my body. Thats so hard to belive thats SIX IN A HALF FEET!!!! that I have lost from my body, I just cant comprend it at all. Well just wanted to up date everone and share the good news.

OMG that is so great.. I am so happy for you... what a great accomplishment..
Wow you have lost an average basketball players height.. that is so much to me as I am only 4'10" tall.. lol

That's fabulous! DH took my measurements this month and my total so far is 37.5in. One of my OH friends points out that was more than a yard. I had never thought about it like that! It's more realistic when you convert it to something you can visualize!

Wow, people are shrinking really WELL this holiday season. Go US! How cool that you have measurements too. Keep it up and be proud!!!

Food is for sissies. REAL women exist on skim milk, protein powder, broth and air.....

Believe it! And if you stick to plan, many more inches will melt away. When I started my journey my hips were 72 inches in circumference. Today, 265 lbs lighter and a tummy tuck, my waist is 42 inches WITH the abdominal binder.
