NSV: Clueless Guys Are Starting to Notice
I'm down 120 - 121 pounds depending on whether my lungs have air in them or not.
Anyway, I work in an office that's maybe 50-50 men and women. And most of those men have job titles with the word "scientist" in them. So, the nerd quotient is pretty high.
(I LOVE NERDS -- DON'T GET ME WRONG -- I'M MARRIED TO ONE!!)
They are starting to notice I've lost weight and they're saying nice things to me. Today two guys. Yesterday two guys. Two weeks ago a sweetheart, but megageek, that I've worked with for years said something. He's one of those guys who would put two different color socks on and not notice.
This is soooo cool. I'm not letting it go to my head, really, I'm not.
(Women are noticing as well. But women notice when you get your hair cut or have a new pair of shoes, so it doesn't count as much. Women have been saying things to me since I was only 40 pounds down.)
My DH has been wonderful through this whole thing. He keeps telling me I'm shrinking and getting skinny. But maybe he just wants to get me in the sack? (I know TMI -- LOL!)

as for DH... he's bucking for something in reward for his comments.. can't blame him.. he hashis soal mate adn his fantasy mate all at the same time now,,lol
