I Missed my goal by 3lb!
And I couldn't be HAPPIER!!!!!! WOOOOO HOOOOOO<br />

Today is my one year surgiversary! I have lost 197lb since this very day last year. I cannot believe how quickly this entire year has gone by.<br />

I have made my transition from swimming in the pool at the gym to being able to exercise on dry land! So much for my fantasies as a blue whale LOL I did 2 miles in 40 minutes on the treadmill last night, my first attempt at such a feat. The best part? I didn't have to stop and rest!!!! Last year at this time I couldn't do 5 min without having to stop to rest. <br />

I am all dressed up today. I feel like it is my birthday and I guess it is in a way. I am wearing a wool tweed skirt, with panty hose (that fit) a white shirt with rhinestones on the lapels and...are you ready?? A BELT!!!!!!! Yes...a size 3X belt! I cannot believe it. <br />

I'm in SUCH a great mood today!
I am so thankful for my GYN who did my 6 month supervised diet...the last kind of dr you would expect to do such a thing...because he said, this is ridiculous, you need help and i'm going to help you. and of course for my surgeon that did the operation trusting that i really had been dieting for 9 months and was ready. Dr Ronen and Dr Wilson are my forever heros!!!!

WOWEE! Such an incredible feat--I'm so happy for you! Those damn three pounds--whatever! They'll melt off in the next few weeks (over the holidays, no less!). You are a beautiful woman, inside & out, and I hope you continue to share on this form.
