Everyone above me was so on target that I don't have much to add, just another vote for anti-depressants (possibly) and counselling. Basically you have to shake up how you THINK. If you keep thinking the same way: "I can't do this; my surgery isn't working; I need a different surgery; I'm too stressed to exercise, etc, then you will keep getting the same results, which is no further weight loss. So......do SOMETHING to shake up how you think about things. Take a yoga class, read a book, track your food here or on Spark People (my favorite food tracking system). If you can find a good counsellor, they can do wonders to change your ingrained thinking patterns.

We are rooting for you and are NOT belittling your struggle. It's HAAAARRRRDDD to stay on track and stay positive all the time and make the EFFORT to pack food and plan ahead. The rewards are great, though.

 Food is for sissies. REAL women exist on skim milk, protein powder, broth and air.....
