It's that time agian.....Weekly Weigh-In

My 17 y.o. daughter was in the hospital from Tues. night to Sunday evening. The hospital was 90 minutes away from home so it was a very stressful week. She's going to be fine now, but it really took a lot out of me. I was prepared to not loose or to gain this week, especially since we were eating out every night while on the road and I retain so much fluid when I have to sit in a car for long periods of time. But everything seemed to work out and I was down 5 lbs. at my NUT appointment on Monday.

I went to see nurse today to get weighed because I needed a little encouragement boost!  I really tried to be good over Thanksgiving.  Still struggling with emotional eating! :)
