I'm slacking off once again!! (Seriously, yesterday I was drugged up and forcing myself to take it easy because my back was killing me because I THOUGHT I had taken it easy over the weekend. But my discs were disagreeing with me over what 'take it easy' means.)
Anyway, here's the damage:
Starting Weight: 388
Last Week: 270
Yesterday: 269 (I did hit 267 a couple days ago )
My goal for the week is to really take it easy and reduce my vicodin/muscle relaxant need.

I could get really depressed if I let myself but I refuse to go down that tired old road! I gained 1.2lbs this week, my first gain since surgery. I know there's a perfectly good reason for it, probably fluids, so I'm not letting it get me down. I know I'm doing everything right so this, too, shall pass!
