WOWSERS!!!! That is wonderful! I am encouraged by you! I still have so much to loose, and I am hoping to hit my 200 pounds lost mark by my 1 year anniversary in March. Good luck to you on your journey!

O my! you have given me such inspiration! My highest weight was 535 and my current weight is 433, so I have lost 102 pounds. Sometimes when I think of how much I still have to loose I feel discouraged because 220 pounds seem impossible to loose. But you've done it and given me hope!! thank you!!

Jessy,
Do not be discouraged!!! You have lost 102lb! That is AWESOME!! Do not worry about the pounds ahead, celebrate the ones that are gone. I don't think I could ever imagine someone telling me you have to lose 397lb to get to your goal weight of 200...which is still obese! I literally take it one lb at a time, hopefully they come off 5lb at a time...but anything gone is more of a life gained.
Last night I went to the gym. I started in Jan after my surgery last year and i was swimming 1 hour about 3 days a week. I was in the pool because it was lower impact on my joints, even though they have never hurt me. Last night I got on the treadmill and did a mile in 20 minutes, 2 miles in 40 minutes. That may be slow to some but the best thing was that I didn't have to stop!!! I was walking smiling...i know those people must have thought I was a nut...but this time last year i could not do 5 min on the treadmill without stopping! The treadmill asks you to put in your weight, max 400lb and at first i was like oh, i can't...but then i realized...oh yes i can!!! I am less than 400lb...as of this morning 343! wooo hooooo!
With all of the accomplishments, new clothes, shoes and adventures to try, who has time to be discouraged?
Pick up your head girl...the light at the end of the tunnel is beautiful...and every pound lost is another step forward....
Congratulations....we CAN do this!!!!!!
