I have lost 247 pounds!!!!!!!!!
Hang in there Ruby.. The headaches will get better and you will find thta each day will get easier.. what you are fighting is the head hunger.. that is the hardest part.. try to do anything but think of food... You are going to do just great at this.. I know it.. I can feel it.. you have been so there for everyone and now it is your turn.. any encouraging you need just seek it out.. it really does help.. I found that out the hard way.. whine all you want.. yell all you want about the food cravings and get it all out .. just try to stay busy and keep your eye on the goal ahead..
I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers everyday..

WOW! YOU HAVE DONE AWESOME! Even if you don't get 200 lost by the end of the first year post surgery it's just a number, date and scale wise. Nothing should deter you from the sheer joy even if you ONLY lose say 193 by the end of the first year. You have shown such true determination that I will not be surprised that at this time next year you will be wondering if you can make goal by the end of your second year! You are a great inspiration to us all here.
Friends are the family we choose for ourselves.
