Day two of preop liquids
That liquid diet can be a big pain especially in the beginning!! I started mine the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and ended up preparing almost all of the food for Thanksgiving (I was good...didn't take one bite of food)! I stayed up all night cooking while my parents slept and ended up going to sleep just before everyone arrived to eat. However I did cheat a little that night I ate a small piece of Turkey (the only thing I wanted) and returned to the game plan of protein drinks, water and a small dinner of steamed or raw veggies or another protein drink (cucumbers became my best friend the past two weeks)!!! By day 4 or 5 I really wasn't craving much I just had a hard time getting the protein drinks down so I started dumping a packet of crystal light into my bottles of isopure which helped wonders. Isopure bottles were the only protein drinks I could tolerate well except the chikes and they weren't on my approved list so I had to stop those very yummy. Lucky you don't have as long of a liquid diet as I did and things just may start to get easier for you since you've been on the diet a few days.

To A Brand New Me!
I use Whey protein powder mixed with skim milk and ice and blended and I actually like the stuff. I also have unflavored Unjury that I put in broth and its good, so I'm a fan of protein powder.
I do love that Crystal Lite too!!!
