Last Week: 276
Today: 275 (But I was 273 on Saturday! )
Well, we got our first bad freeze today. It was 27 when I got up this morning.
I relocated two cactuses into the house yesterday -- I hope the rest make it. Now I just need to keep the 3-year-old's fingers away from the glochids (teeny spines on the cactus). I'll probably put my hand into one of them by accident dropping the toothpaste (one is in my bathroom).
Anyway, have two weigh ins and doctors appointments tomorrow (surgeon) and Friday (endocrinologist), respectively. I'm hoping my appointments go okay. Going to try to minimize carbs today. My mantra for today will be: "NO BAD CARBS! NO BAD CARBS!" Maybe no salt either!

How in the heck I actually gained while only taking in about 600 cals per day and walking briskly for 45 mins to 1 hour all but one day last week is beyond me. Some one posted something similiar on the main board and they got an explanation of glucagon stores burning off and rebuilding which seemed plausible.
I will not sweat it, however, as I KNOW the weight must come off given the huge calorie deficit I am running. I will be patient.
