Does medicare/medicaid ever cover pannilectomies?

It's just a consultatuion appt.  The woman on the phone was so kind, she said they have to take NAKED pics, but my face won't be shown at all.  That's Ok, I guess.  It's for insurance.  I want to MAKE SURE they do not end up on the internet though.  I want them to sign something.  I'm paranoid.

YOU AND ME BOTH!  When they took my naked panni pics, I started thinking "I wonder if he has a side business, posting these on the internet" and then I started imagining that there are fetish sites out there for the panni shots, and I had to fight really really hard not to start laughing during the taking of said pictures!  I have since had the pleasure of talking on the phone with my insurance's appeals nurse and hearing her say "Yes, I have your photos... um... right here..." and also hearing the "OMG WHAT THE %^&#(  IS THAT?" behind what she was saying.  Fun, fun!

OMG.  I just remember loking at plastics sites a while ago and seeing those pics and saying "No F-ing WAY!!!"  I guess we have to though to help with approval.  It's all good. 

My beloved panni isn't as long and dangly as some I have seen.  My junk, (sorry, TMI) is still visable and all that.  What bugs me the most about it is the sides, where underwear and whatnot scoop up on the hip (even briefs) I have this roll that just lays there.  It is so uncomfortable.  I'm sure most of you guys understand.  Ugh.
