I budged, I booged....
Woo hoo, the stall finally broke.

1 week: 336
4 weeks: 335.5
I did not budge for 3 weeks and it was trying my patience, but the scale has finally budged and the home scale(and one at gym) shows 329 today. I just hope it's accurate, my poor little heart can't take no more.....

It will break, I don't know if it was just the time or what, but I did focus on my protein and fluid intake. I alsoo worker out on Sat before the weight loss appeared. ( who knew taking steps for a few minutes was so difficult).
Like my doc says if you are following the rules, there is no way you won;t loose the weight so just follow the program and relax.(easy for him to say)

I had my surgery the same day as both of you! I had 30 plus pounds more to lose then wtpooh. I'm doing great and exactly what they say and haven't stalled yet, but I'm preparing myself for it! I'm down 38 pounds now.

I'm down 120 pounds - thanks to RNY! Working on the next 25. Then I'll tackle more...

Some people just don't there's no reason you have to, and I would love to hear you are one of the lucky ones. You have been doing so well. And supporting so many others on this site as well. You really seem to have taken well to the new lifestyle, and I am sure it will serve you well. Keep up the great work!
