You've lost some significant weight, Patty. I still feel about the same, having lost just 37 lbs. About the only difference is that my stretch pants are LONGER as my belly is apparently smaller. I keep tripping over them now and have to roll them up. I have some arthritis going on and can't see much change in my energy or ability to walk far. I think that will come in the NEXT 37 lbs.

I have periods of mental peace where I do pretty well and then I have periods of agitation where I am just sucked toward food like a giant magnet. It's all a head game. It's how we're relating to people and how we feel about ourselves and depression vs reason. Complicated.

But having several people that I've been "watching" on the board get surgeries in Oct really DID get me going again!! I like this party and want to stay part of it!
 Food is for sissies. REAL women exist on skim milk, protein powder, broth and air.....

CONGRATULATIONS on your goal!!!! First of so many. I can't wait to see your post go up that you have your date. I know we all support each other, but you are like a wls board angel.
