Do you have a wierd trigger food?

I'm hoping that  I'm TRULY reformed now because the thought of purchasing Halloween candy and stashing in my desk drawer at work or in my craft room (my friends had pledged to rush into my craft room in case of my death and remove the hidden food!) appalls me.

But then we are back to Patti's original question and I still get in trouble with crackers or cereal, but not as MUCH trouble. Darned carbs.
 Food is for sissies. REAL women exist on skim milk, protein powder, broth and air.....

There's probably something to that idea about our bodies craving carbs more when it starts getting cold. Our bodies think it's time to store up for the long winter ahead. They don't just understand that the food supply is pretty stable.

Almonds are becoming a go to food for me. Crunchy and with a decent amount of protein. A few will do it for me.

I'll have to watch out for cross over addiction to almonds.

My nemesis is POPCORN.  I have almost no self control when I am around it.  The sh*tty thing is ALOT of p-corn will fit in/slide through my pouch...I have tested this limit (naughty, naughty) there is a maximum capacity though.  I reached it last spring wile watching local plane crash footage, I wasn't paying attn to my consumption and I ate WAY too much.  Puking popcorn REALLY is quite unpleasant.

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

Trigger foods for me are sunflower seeds adn almonds!! Ugghhh!!! Almonds have been good for me, but OMG, it's that salty flavor.  Pickles are another fav...but I don't eat the skin...usually I just take a slice or two and eat the middle! LOL
