You sound like me in those first few months. One day it was fine, the next day just the thought of it would make me want to hurl lol I threw up a few times during the first couple of weeks, and not again until many months later when i had some eggs at ihop. I won't be going back there! I hadn't been so sick in 6 months. It must have been the amount or kind of oil they used. I figured what can you do to eggs? i was so wrong lol

it does get better. your tolerance will change. I don't get sick too much anymore because i know what to stay away from. if i forget, my pouch is quick to correct my behavior lol

Your weight loss is amazing!!!! Good for you! I feel so fabulous to be out of the 5's out of the 4's and hopefully meeting you in the 2's someday! but I'm not in a rush. Now that i can weigh at home, i'm not so anxious about it. i have started to really incorporate this into my life and i'm managing very well.

woo hooo for all of us!

I hadnt noticed your weight loss ticker till this post.  WOW!! Amazing weight loss.  What an inspiration you are.  It's great seeing one hundred pounds gone..over and over!!!  When I started this, I thought to myself..250..thats what I want to get to.  Thats realistic...but now that I'm at 286..I think, maybe 200 is more realistic.  I dont think about it much tho.  I swear if the weight loss stopped now, I'd still be happy. Everything now is just gravy, so to speak.
I look forward to keeping up with you and your journey.  I only wish that all of us were closer, so we could get together and encourage each other in person!! Wouldnt that be great???

It would be FABULOUS for us to get together. Maybe at some point we can do some kind of reunion someplace really fabulous!

That is the second time i have been called an inspiration today...you guys are killing me today! lol I hadn't thought about a number until i had to make my ticker. I don't want my weight loss to stop now because I feel i have come so far i want to see how much further i can go. I'm still trying to get down to your high weight LOL but it's ok with me. like i said i'm not in a ru**** took me a long time to gain the weight it's going to take awhile for it to come off.

You're just 3 months out so you are going to lose weight quite effortlessly for awhile. It's still pretty effortless as far as i'm concerned cuz i'm not hungry lol I just can't believe the things i can do again. i can wear my seatbelt!! and jeans!!! omg..what a feeling to not only be able to wear jeans, but not have to buy the biggest size!!!! aggggghhhhh....sooooo freaking great! I can sit in normal size chairs, i notice people in public smiling at me again and speaking all the time (TX is a friendly place lol)i walk my dog around the block, take him to the dog park and the endurance i have is unbelieveable. i haven't felt this good since...sheesh i don't even know when! Cleaning the house in a few hours that used to take me a few days since i needed to stop and rest...absolutely fantastic!

my boyfriend and i went to the renassaince festival and i actually went on a ride!!!! it was this huge swing...i couldn't believe what i was doing...we walked around for 6 hours, no swollen ankles or sore back...but i did sleep well from all the exercise and air...wow! what a new life!!!!

I'm super happy for those of you who do not have hunger.  I know the section of stomach they removed is supposed to contain the hunger hormone..or whatever it's called..lol...but some days, it's soooo not head hunge.  For sure some days it is...but believe me, I know when it's time to eat because I get the nawing hunger pain in my stomach.  Oh well, it's not as bad as it was before, that is for darn sure :)

When I was a few weeks out, I too had no hunger.  They call that the honeymoon stage so enjoy it while it lasts and hope you are one of the lucky ones that has an exteded one :)

Best of luck in your journies...this is a great ride so far :)
