Not to bad of a week for me:

last week: 193.4
this week 192
I have been really concentrating on trying to get all my water in each day. I think that will really help me to get back on track. It's hard for me to get my water in at work, so I am trying to drink about 20-30 oz before going in, to get a good jump start on my 100 oz goal for the day.
