Good Morning all! It's a lovely Fall morning here in Oregon. I'm over my flu and ready to see what piled up at work. Well, maybe not that last one....

Even with the flu, I did not exactly waste away. (Feed a cold? Feed a fever? I forget which? Better eat to keep up my strength, ya know)

Start: 450
Last: 373 (up 14 from stuffing my face quitting smoking)
This: 366 (down 7 from the flu)

.... but I did take off some of the weight that found me the week before.

I'm very excited to meet 2 folks from the board this week. Maybe it will prod me to take the next step.

How did everyone else do?

The weather is beautiful here. I don't think it went over 75 yesterday.

My Ma's been in the hospital since Thursday evening. That means I didn't exercise, drink all my water, or eat too well in the past few days. I am up today.

Start: 388
Last Week: 279
This Week: 283

Exercise and anti-depressants!

I think our Pacific NW sunny days are limited now for a while. At least in PA you have those cold sunny fall days. Try to get outside and enjoy the light.

Well at 23 months out, from last week, I gained 5 pounds.  Unbelieveable because that means that I would have to eat almost 20,000 extra calories last week, but we are all, probably forever, chained to the scale and the spell that it has over us.

I'm not worried about it...

But just posting to show that even at almost two years out, I am still losing.  I've only lost about 22 pounds in this last year (I think) but I'm still losing.

Today was the basics...protein, eating without snacking and drinking plenty.

My knee is screwed up and elliptical is out of the question, but I did to treadmill and worked with my trainer for 1 hour.
