A New WOW Moment for Me

I went horseback riding for the first time in many many years!!!  It felt great, just a short trail ride, but I didn't get any looks or questions about my weight before getting on the horse.  I look a little bigger than I am in the pic because I have 4 shirts on to stay warm!!!

I had to share this WOW moment,  I haven't posted one in awhile.  I just wanted to let everyone out there know that the WOW moments really do continue, even at 18 months out!   This really helped me to get back into feeling like I can lose more!!!  I know I have been a success and will continue to be!!!

I am so happy for you. I have lost 145 in 18 months and have been riding again also. I lost my confidence with the weight. That is a beautiful horse. My favorite black and white paint. I have one that is a yearling and 3 other riding horses. Congradulations, I love your post.
