Can anyone tell me what is the key to not have alot of saggy skin, after losing a lot of the weight.

I hear some folks skin will sag and others will not.

From my knowledge there's not really a key to not having saggy skin after surgery. It's one of those unfortunate things that you can not perdict. Some people will have some sagging skin and some won't,

My only advise to you is to start working out and toning up your body. That can help with some of the sagging skin my personal trainer said.  I too am worried about sagging skin after I lose majority of my weight, but I decided to cross that bridge when it starts to happens.

Good Luck!

I'm not expert, but I understand that the end results depend on many factors:

Age - younger skin recovers elasticity better
Heredity - not much we can do about this one
Protein - a deficit will make it harder for your skin to recover
Speed - those who lose slower may have less long-term sag
Supplements - people disagree about this one, but some swear by some sort of EFA boost
Exercise - some people feel this helps the skin rejuvenate.
Circulation/smoking history - bad circulation, whether from diabetes or smoking is also detrimental to sagging

There may be other - these are just off the top of my head.

I figure I'm gonna need the panni off and probably something with the boobs. I'm hoping I can live with the facem neck, legs and arms.

If you don't mind me asking what is EFA boost?

EFA = Essential Fatty Acids
boost = my own lingo for dose
