I'm In THREEDOM!!!

I weighed in on Sunday and I had lost ten lbs. in a week. I weigh 391. We moved all weekend and I said that we needed to move every weekend because all that work really helped move the weight off. I am very excited. Enterting Threedom was the best B-day present.

As a former member of the 400 club, I say YAY!!! I'm solidly in threedom now, too. After losing 17 on the preop liquids! Yahooo.

Good for you - you have a nice almost 10 pound drop into threes. We'll get down there and soon, we'll leave behind the threes!
