Where are they?

Hey Lisa,
You may have tried this, but many many years ago I went from a somewhat inactive student to full-time on my feet in a service job.
Now I was much younger then, but I found that if I laid down on the bed when I got home with my legs in the air, resting on the wall, it really helped my feet. I did that for a month or so until my feet got used to it.
Also, use that paycheck on good shoes - your feet will appreciate it!

Hi Penny :) Patty told me you were asking about me. I'm doing well just very very very busy. I am trying to graduate this Dec and have my dissertation defense scheduled for Friday, Nov 13. Friday the 13th AAAAAAHHHH! I'm working 12+hrs a day to finish so I really only look in on facebook nowadays. If you'd like to add me feel free ([email protected]).
As for weight, I'm stable. My lowest was 238 (which lasted about 2 days - 200lbs lost). I regained to 245-250 range and now I'm stable at about 248. I can easily lose and regain about 5lbs no matter how little or how much I eat. Its kind of strange. I'm finding it very difficult to get any lower, but I am extremely stressed, busy, and not exercising as much as I'd like. There just isn't enough time in my days. I am also having the (very common) post-op insomnia, as I have since about 9mos out. Insomnia, lack of exercise, and stress do not a skinny Jenny make. I feel 100 million percent better than I did 200lbs ago and am happy with where I am at, even though its not where I imagined I'd be. Still, I fit into some 18s and thats pretty exciting since I don't remember the last time I saw a 1 in front of my size. I still hold out hope of losing another 50lbs and seeing onederland but I'm in no hurry and realize my priorities right now are just to survive the next three months and find a JOB.
Thanks for asking about me, I hope you are doing well and wish you and everyone all the best!

Hey Penny! I pop in here once in a while to see what's up but mostly stay on Facebook. I also keep up with my doctor's page on OH to help out the local girls. Still losing but slowly. I got a trainer in March and am pleased with how my arms have shaped up and taken up some of that flabby skin. I feel absolutely great.
I'm having an extended tummy tuck and innner/outer thigh liposuction on December 16 and know that will probably help me get under 200 pounds. I'm sitting at 222 and that is my lowest. I go up and down about 3 pounds easily just like everyone else. Stress from work leads to really crappy eating habits.
I really want to run for my exercise and have done it some but the pounding and bouncing of my gut just makes it a little more than uncomfortable. If I don't have Spanx on I really can't do it. That's part of my motivation for the plastic surgery and the other is just plain vanity!
You look absolutely fantastic. I wouldn't have recognized you. Glad to hear from you
